Our client, a Fortune 500 company and has multiple positions available for production supervisors to work second or third shift in their plant located in the Southeast. This facility is experiencing rapid growth and provides thorough training for professional development. Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations in the assigned department. Incumbent will have responsibility to achieve productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and EOE objectives through both individual and team contributions. Selected individual will provide direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key operations position with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, business savvy and teamwork skills in a rapid paced environment. *Must have a Bachelor degree- Engineering or related Technical related field

*3-5 years experience as a Production Supervisor

*High volume industry experience

*Must be willing to work all shifts and sides of production
