A well established and well known company at a union manufacturing facility is looking for a VP of Operations at their plant located in southern Alabama. The salary for this position is at $160,000 plus a bonus potential!
Candidate must have a Masters degree or equivalent, 10 years related experience or a combination of education and experience. Other requirements include:

*Experience in manufacturing systems development and deployment.

*Adequate mechanical aptitude to serve as problem solving facilitator on technical issues

*Marketing and Sales skills

*Prior Engineering, finance, or Production Management experience required in an automotive manufacturing facility.

*Precision machining process preferred

* Management, planning and leadership skills

*Technical/systems and process thinking skills

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*Kaizen, Process Improvement, Production scheduling and materials management.
