Premier manufacturer experiencing growth at their large employee oriented newer plant in eastern GA is looking for a Production Manager to work 2nd shift in a heat treat glass tempering facility that is very high volume. There is much future work already committed to with this company reflecting a very good business climate. There is a 10% bonus potential with this sunbelt opportunity.
Requirements: Required is a bachelor degree in any area and at least 3 years managing supervisors and an impressive track record as a Production Manager. Experience with a glass manufacturer is a plus, but will consider out of other industries as long as impressive skills as a Production Manager. Heat treat experience is a plus. Six Sigma experience is a plus. Must be open to occasional overnight travel.
