World leader in appliance manufacturing is looking to hire a Design Engineer for their facility in the Nashville, TN area. This person shall possess a track record of career progression and leadership responsibilities with both people and projects. Must demonstrate initiative in driving meaningful change/business results.

Position REQUIRES a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree, at least 5 years relevant design experience to include high volume production -preferably with consumer appliances, 3-D CAD modeling experience with CATIA or a similar parametric modeling software, in depth knowledge of engineering systems relating to design input and output, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced customer focused environment.
